Step Up (Sexy Dance)

Take the screenwriters of Twilight (Melissa Rosenberg) and Save the Last Dance (Duane Adler), a producer who knows a thing or two about romantic comedies (Adam Shankman) and a director who started in Hollywood as an assistant choreographer, shake it all up and you get the quintessential successful dance movie.

The storyline, updated several times in the sequels to the franchise, remains classic: Tyler (a fully clothed Channing Tatum!), a rebellious young man from a poor Baltimore suburb, is sentenced to work as a janitor at a prestigious art school.

He meets Nora, a classically trained dancer from a wealthy family. They must learn to work together for the end-of-year show, which will determine both their futures. Love and the pursuit of their dreams bring them together to celebrate their class and cultural differences... just for one dance.
