Born in the 20th century, Marianne Levy is an author and scriptwriter.
After years covering major sporting events for a number of national dailies, she branched out to work behind the scenes in television. As a critic, Marianne writes about series. She has also been a TV columnist on a cultural talk radio station, hosted debates on writing and acted as a juror at TV drama festivals. In 2017, she finally succumbed to her desire to tell stories and wrote La Malédiction de la zone de confort (The Curse of the Comfort Zone), published by Pygmalion, followed by Chaussures à son pied (Shoes on Her Feet) and Dress Code et petits secrets (Dress Code and Little Secrets), published by Pygmalion in 2019. These three romantic comedies are firmly rooted in the zeitgeist. Ces héros qui ratent leur vie pour que tu réussisses vôtre was published in March 2020. This is the first book in the therapy series. In 2020, she co-created and co-wrote Christmas Flow with Henri Debeurme and Victor Rodenbach for Netflix. Directed by filmmaker Nadège Loiseau, the series is available on Netflix.
Her latest book, Les Comédies romantiques, was published on 19 October by Hoëbeke - Gallimard.
